In the 4th Men’s Prayer Call, the theme was clear: “Be still in the storm and allow God to do His work.” Participants shared heartfelt reflections on the importance of surrendering control and trusting in God’s timing, especially during turbulent times.
Two Bible verses that beautifully capture this theme:
- Psalm 46:10 (NIV): “He says, ‘Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.’”
- Exodus 14:14 (NLT): “The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.”
In moments of uncertainty and chaos, we are reminded to relinquish our need for control and trust that God’s plans are at work, even in the midst of the storm. Attendees encouraged one another to stay grounded in faith, leaning on God for peace and guidance.
