Meet The FounderDr. Denise J. Brown

Dr. Denise J. Brown has enjoyed a highly successful career in the entertainment industry both as an attorney and executive, working with renowned clients and major institutions. Throughout her career, she has held positions at prestigious law firms in New York City. She also served as Senior Vice President, Black Music Division at Warner Bros. Records in Los Angeles.
Denise accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age. She grew up in the church and started playing the piano in church at age 7. As an adult, her thirst for spiritual and theological growth increased.
She enrolled in Immanuel Theological Seminary, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in Bible. In 2017, she became a licensed minister. After a period of intense training, Denise was ordained in 2021. Shortly thereafter, she completed her doctorate in Biblical Studies and founded the Oikeo Ministry.
Denise hopes to inspire others to live their best lives by seeking God first through prayer and spiritual community.
