Strongholds are formed by wrong thoughts perpetuated over time. These wrong beliefs can lead to addiction, fear, guilt, anxiety, or depression. But God’s Word tells us to pull down these strongholds and cast down arguments against the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).

The enemy’s attacks begin in our thoughts and imagination. Awareness of this battle between right and wrong beliefs is the first step to victory. By continually hearing, believing, and renewing our minds with God’s truth, we can break free from any stronghold.
